Kufta Bozbash

Broth is cooked from bones for Kufta Bosbash.Brush rice, pepper, salt and mix.After baking in pea broth, the meatballs are put into the broth and cooked.Salt, pepper and saffron are added 10 to 15 minutes before cooking.When served at the table, it can be sprinkled with coriander or dried mint
